Randal Nardone is a former lawyer who is currently an entrepreneur and executive in the financial services sector. He holds a number of important positions at the firm Fortress Investment Group. Nardone co-founded the firm in 1998 and continued to manage it over the next twenty years. Today, Nardone currently serves on the board of directors, the management committee and is one of the chief executive officers and principals of Fortress. As well as being the co-founder of Fortress Investment Group, Randal Nardone has held a number of other top positions as leading firms in both the finance and legal fields.

During his career, Randal Nardone has held a number of high-ranking titles at law firms and financial services companies. Nardone has been a principal at two firms where he was responsible for the daily management of the organizations that he worked at. Randal has also been a managing director where he was responsible for getting new clients for a firm. While working in the legal field, Randal was both a practicing attorney and a member of the executive committee. These positions allowed Randal to demonstrate his leadership skills and provide his expertise to every organization that he has been a part of.

While working in the legal and financial service fields, Randal Nardone has worked at some of the top firms in both sectors. Nardone has worked at a top law firm known as Thatcher, Proffitt & Wood. He has also been a member of the firm BlackRock Financial Management which was a startup firm in the 1990’s. After working at BlackRock Financial Management, Randal was also a member of the top investment banking firm UBS. After working at a number of these firms, Randal would become an entrepreneur and start up his own financial services firm Fortress Investment Group.

Prior to beginning his career in law and finance, Randal Nardone completed a couple of college education programs. He first completed a bachelor’s degree in both English and biology at the University of Connecticut. After finishing his undergraduate education, Nardone would then attend Boston University to study law. Randal completed a Juris Doctor degree and graduated law school.
