Florida’s Terranova Corporation Continues to Increase its Presence on the Miracle Mile in Coral Gables


When it comes to shopping and dining in South Florida, USA, the Miracle Mile shopping district in Coral Gables is very highly regarded.

In a recent article on The Real Deal website, it’s reported that Stephen Bittel and the Terranova real estate company have purchased another desirable property on the famous street.

Located at 300 Miracle Mile, Terranova’s new 6,000-square-foot property was built in 1949 and is situated on a busy corner. The former home of a California Pizza Kitchen restaurant, this single-story property joins the 11 other Miracle Mile properties that are already owned by Terranova.

The new Miracle Mile property is next-door to 308 Miracle Mile. In 2020, the Coral Gables Library branch relocated to this address for approximately the next two years, while its facilities are closed for renovations.

The 300 Miracle Mile property was owned by a trust for more than 70 years, and Bittel was interested in purchasing it for more than a decade. As for the future, he says that a national concept is interested in establishing a facility there.

In February 2021, Terranova sold a large property in Doral, Florida, for $55 million to the GLP Capital Partners company.

Stephen Bittel founded the Terranova Corporation in 1980 and has grown the company into one of South Florida’s leading commercial real estate firms. Mr. Bittel has also given back to his local community for many years.
