Scott Dylan has been appointed by the Government of the United Kingdom, as an advisor and a negotiator on behalf of private clients in the restructuring and restructuring of distressed entities and companies. Scott Dylan is a former director of Eden Holding Limited and an advisor to other distressed businesses and a private equity investor in FTSE 250 businesses. In addition to Fresh Thinking, Scott is also known as an influential speaker and a thought leader within the restructuring industry.
Scott Dylan (Fresh Thinking Group) is also a philanthropist with the Fresh Thinking Foundation, which supports and encourages social entrepreneurship and innovation. One of the key foundation initiatives is the National Resiliency Center for Businesses. As well as providing invaluable business support services, it will be the UK’s first National Centre of Excellence for Resilience, Support and Education.
Scott Dylan has previously worked for the London Stock Exchange Group and Cushman & Wakefield. Originally a small ad agency in Manchester, Fresh Group, he managed the Group’s Construction, Properties and Natural Resources divisions and also delivered transformational change Thinking Group to the culture of the Group with the formation of the Connected Markets division.
He has previously also worked for Cushman & Wakefield where he was responsible for working with General Motors. Scott was responsible for working with General Motors to realise more than 1.5B Euros in Trade Receivables for the acquisition of Opel/Vauxhall and also acquired and serviced the GM Trade Receivables portfolio across Europe.
Scott is also an award winning investor and co-founder of Fresh Thinking Group, a UK based privately owned company which was part of a group of key players in the industry who were interested in innovating new ways of doing things. In 2004 Fresh Thinking Group was part of the digital revolution that led to a massive evolution of the digital world. Seeing the significant impact of this technological leap forward, many of the original founders left the company and launched their own businesses.
